After confirmation of the booth fee payment, the order form for the additional equipment (such as carpet, display, spotlight, etc.) required is proved. Exhibitor is requested to fill in and return the order form to the organizer not later than May 31, 2025.

1. ① Booth fee must be paid by the date specified on our invoice sent to you upon receipt of the Application.
2. ② For the additional equipment, the organizer issues an invoice upon receipt of the order form.
   With the invoice, exhibitor must make payment in full by the deadline specified on the invoice. Without the payment, the equipment will not be processed.

Note: All payments must be settled in JPY only by wire transfer to our bank account. For the account details, please refer to Payment Information on the Application/Contract.
